Craft Course Wednesdays

Come join us the second and last Wednesday evening for a special 3-course meal with hand-selected beer pairings, often featuring single-batch casks or collaborations with other local breweries.

All Craft Courses are created by our Executive Chef Emma Gibson.

The last Wednesday of every month features a Vegan Craft Course.

$20/person for 3 courses and 3, 6-oz beers

March 4


  • Course 1: Roasted beet and goat cheese salad with parsley lemon vinaigrette.

  • Beer 1: Sacred ALTar.

  • Course 2: Buffalo short rib ragu with house made pappardelle pasta.

  • Beer 2: Cask conditioned 5 Paths Pale Ale.

  • Course 3: Chocolate creme brulee.

  • Beer 3: All Shook Up.

March 11

 Simple but BOLD

  • Course 1: Roasted asparagus with lemon and parmesan.

  • Beer 1: Mystic Rye.

  • Course 2: Salmon over risotto with roasted berries and balsamic reduction.

  • Beer 2: Blueberry Mosaic Pale Ale cask.

  • Course 3: Chocolate orange layer cake.

  • Beer 3: Shaman Stout.

March 18
To-may-to, to-mah-to

  • Course 1: Crostini with tomato and house made ricotta.

  • Beer 1: Mystic Rye.

  • Course 2: Chicken thigh roasted with tomatoes and basil over mashed potato.

  • Beer 2: 5 Paths Pale Ale.

  • Course 3: Coconut and chocolate tart.

  • Beer 3: The Shaman Stout (collab- coffee, coconut, cinnamon stout).

March 25


  • Course 1: Lentil soup with avocado.

  • Beer 1: Cactus Warrior.

  • Course 2: Red chile jackfruit and black bean sopes with cabbage slaw and vegan crema.

  • Beer 2: Lupulin Guardian IPA.

  • Course 3: Lemon “meringue” pie.

  • Beer 3: Cask conditioned 5 Paths Pale Ale with passionfruit.
